When opening modal it scrolls page to top #236

When i open a modal it scrolls to the top of the page and on close it scrolls back to the section where i opend the modal.

How can i fix that?

i fixed it the problem was an other javascript library was making the trouble i mexed bootstrap with semantic ui.
