Modal shifts to top on mobile when input fires blur event #258

This is experienced in iOS.

I have a form inside a modal (7 inputs). When you focus on a input (or select), the user is naturally focused by iOS to that input. But when you blur on that input (by hitting the "done" button), the page shifts to the top of the screen/modal. This is confusing for people trying to fill out this form as they have to scroll where they need to be

2 1/2 years... this wont be fixed.
