Update visuals -ghost graph #27

When a subgraph is displayed, a ghost of the whole graph should be under the subgraph. There should also be a uniform axis (x,y) for all subgraphs of the same graph. It'll make it easier to compare which parts of the graph compose the subgraph.

First example (It looks like michel and HIP labels are swapped for some reason..... Maybe worth further investigation)

This one is just predicted nodes for a class in red and the edges between them in blue. Colors up to debate for accessibility, not sure if I have access to different marker shapes.
