RelationResultItem missing cleavage specificity and frame number #11

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

These seem to have got lost at some point. Although it is in theory
possible to determine the number of missed cleavages, this is not easy...
The frame number cannot be determined.

Frame number has moved to issue 24

Missed cleavages could be specified in the Peptide element:
<Peptide identifier="peptide_1_4" missedCleavages='n'

Where 'n' is -1 for a no enzyme search or any other case without a standard
type of
enzyme.

Add missedCleavages='n' to PeptideEvidence positive integer.

Done.

"frame number" part of the issue has been solved already (frame and
TranslationTable_Ref attributes of PeptideEvidence).
