The psi-pi:OntologyCollection has as only sub-element the
pf:OntologyCOllection => move it up into the AnalysisXML schema?

pf:OntologyCollection has a pf:_cvList element, we deleted the _ on other
names, so do here, too?

Next to the pf:cvList element the pf:OntologyCollection has a sub-element
cvParam. What is it intended for? A characterization of the whole cvList?
Seems to be unnecessary here.

We reference a cv definition through the cvRef attribute of cvParam, but in 
cvList
there is no id attribute. Should be added.

Okay fixed, I've removed the OntologyCollection and added cvList to closely 
match the
mzML structure
