attribute numSequencesSearched of <SearchDatabase> #43

the attribute numDatabaseSequences reports the total number of sequences in
the database.

The attribute numSequencesSearched was created to report the number of
sequences after filters / translation etc., but this is only defined in the
context of an Analysis (plus AnalysisProtocol).

We should move numSequencesSearched to the <SearchDatabase> element within
the <Analysis> element.
(And add a numResiduesSearched attribute.)

TeleCOn 9th of October:

Move numSequencesSearched to SpectrumIdentificationList and make 
numResiduesSearched
a CV term.
