Organization email attribute

Was it intentionally dropped in 1.1 or did it get forgotten when merging the 
FuGE schema?

It was intentionally dropped. There are already cvParams to specify the various 
fields such as e-mail address, phone number etc. which makes these objects more 
flexible (in the future it's f.e. possible to add a Skype account etc.). To 
make the usage of these parameters more consistent we decided to only keep the 
name as an attribute and move everything else to cvParams.

I checked the CV and there are no terms for phone, fax, or tollFreePhone. 
Intentional?

No. I guess we should forward that to the ontology mailing list and ask for new 
parameters.

Yes, those have still to be added to the PSI ontology. But contact info was 
already specified as such in the mzML schema (defined with cvParams: 
MS:1000589, MS:1000587, ...). I guess it should be easy to move the required 
terms from MS to PSI.
David send an email around that he will work trough the ontology requests once 
he is back from his holiday.

I submitted a proposal to the vocab list. Just need someone to second them and 
I'll make the changes myself since they're pretty trivial.
