Command line validation to support validation of multiple mzid files and to 
support batch automation.

Option to adjust the UI values (e.g. change validation type to Semantic 
validation), run, and form a report.
E.g.
mzIdentMLValidator.jar file.mzid parameter.txt out.txt

where parameter.txt contains the UI options (e.g. type of validation).
and out.txt is the file containing the report.
