Required attributes on SpectrumIdentificationItem #85

I just spotted that peptide_ref on SpectrumIdentificationItem is not mandatory, 
nor is calculatedMassToCharge, (but rank and experimentalMassToCharge are 
mandatory.

I presume this is an error that has slipped through in mzid 1.1, which we 
should fix in 1.2.0 making all of these mandatory.
