remove xbox.js since games with gold doesn't exist anymore #286

Xbox/Microsoft stopped offering the free Games with Gold program in September 2023. Don't see any reason to keep this around anymore.

I think I kept it since it has code to login which was quite a lot and could be used for redeeming Microsoft games for prime-gaming.
