Could you add the missing official skins/items that are not in the complete edition?

Items like: banyantreefar, DresserMMDownload, execchair, IntelComputer, McFoodCart, PepsiMachine, StairsSweepingReverse, workerdesk

New TV Commercials

and the missing extra skins as well?
