Some Grammatical changes in .Readme file #906

THESE CHANGES ARE DONE

  1. Some joint words which need spaces in between were added which will look professional.
  2. The second change was the shortcut to say Facebook as FB many people would not recognize what is FB so I thought it was important to declare it before.

suggest if other changes are important.
