This PR is a continuation of @dateiexplorer's #243, cleaned up and slightly improved, as it was too complex to rebase #243 into a coherent changeset.

closes #243

installer.sh: fix USER*_DONE, validate user account
installer.sh: improve network testing
installer.sh: show_partitions: Display configured fstypes if available
installer.sh: ensure SOURCE_DONE is accurate
installer.sh: fix indentation of messages

tested this and it seems to work well, the filesystem menu now defaults to none if the partition type hasn't been set in the installer, and also reads the installer config in /tmp
