basic screenreader support was added in #295, but it kinda sucks. based on some feedback from a user who needs a screenreader, some improvements could be made:
[x] add a boot menu option for the screenreader à la arch - this will be easier than asking someone to type a bunch of stuff
[x] add a one-word script that can enable espeakup after boot too? - kinda, live-audio can be used to configure audio but service enablement is still the usual way
[x] should the live isos autologin on ttys? (this could help with enablement after boot) - tty1 logs in automatically when live.accessibility is set
[x] get orca working
[x] test on real hardware (is a sound system needed on the base iso for real hardware?)
