stremio-shell: possible missing dependency on qtwebengine #32804

Expected behavior

Stremio App should launch normally

Actual behavior

Stremio app doesn't launch

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Install stremio-shell from repos and launch the app from the terminal

When launching from the terminal stremio-shell I get the following output:

$ stremio
QQmlApplicationEngine failed to load component
qrc:/main.qml:3:1: module "QtWebChannel" is not installed
qrc:/main.qml:2:1: module "QtWebEngine" is not installed
qrc:/main.qml:3:1: module "QtWebChannel" is not installed
qrc:/main.qml:2:1: module "QtWebEngine" is not installed
QObject::connect: Cannot connect MainApp::receivedMessage(QVariant, QVariant) to (nullptr)::onAppMessageReceived(QVariant, QVariant)

On IRC I was told that it might be an issue with missing dependency on qt5webengine.

Have you tried installing qt5-webengine to see what happens?

Hey thanks for the answer, sorry for the late reply.

If I install qt5-webengineit launches the gui, but I get a pop-up error (don't know if I should upload pictures so here it goes the logs from the stdout and the pop-up.

@paper42 it is now working ... Don't know if it is because I am using more qt5 apps and it pulls the needed deps ... So I am going to keep this open until @mobinmob says something

qt5-webengine must be a runtime dep only - I will add it, thanks. No idea about the other error.

qt5-webengine is already on the depends array, not sure why it was not installes: https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/1e66920b88cb2b94d3d6c994ea49c4d8fc60a3f6/srcpkgs/stremio-shell/template#L13
