Package request: theseus-ship #37405

Rationale: On nvidia, kwin has bad screen tearing with X11, and the wayland backend is too buggy to even be considered usable. I'm hoping this could provide an improvement.

I was looking into packaging this, but at the moment,plasma-workspace depends on kwin.

kwin does not seem to be a shlibdep so it would be possible to ignorepkg=kwin and use this, i believe
