Expected behavior

Picture-In-Picture mode should allow resize and move it around.

Actual behavior

Picture-in-Picture mode crashes the browser entirely once it is popped out and if I click anywhere on the browser or the P-i-P floating window.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Opening the Picture-in-picture mode in any video playing website, like Youtube.

I have almost the same problem. When I click on the "Control your music, videos, and more" and then click anywhere in the browser (to close it), chromium crashes:
