It doesn't look like it is any of these. https://github.com/ideasman42/nerd-dictation/blob/main/package/readme.rst says that it isn't really supposed to be installed system wide.

Thanks. It can be installed using python-venv without an issue. In any case, can't we package from the PKGBUILD (https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=nerd-dictation-git) from Arch (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nerd-dictation-git)? Just my wishful thinking.
