• ты создал issue не в том репозитории. этот репозиторий подразумевает использование исключительно внутри телеграм.
• касательно твоей проблемы: используемый тобой репозиторий давно устарел. используй forwardgram_discord или Telegram-To-Discord-Bot-Fixed, если тебе принципиально отправлять сообщения через бота.
