#19 Add max property to abilities

Resolves https://github.com/voidcase/IntoTheOdd-FoundryVTT/issues/19

• Didn't mess with layout much, seems to look OK
• Tweaked the roll to use cs (feel free to change this as you please)
• Minor formatting tweaks while testing

Example:

(I changed STR value on the sheet between rolls, from 11 -> 7)
