RND console can sometimes crash games and brick the console #357

Researched advanced robotics, RND says it researched but it stays in the unresearched tree, this causes anyone to look at it to crash. This can only be fixed by redoing the server, which sends your tech back to square one, and you lose all your points

Seems like you can save tech to disc, but points lost.
