[QUESTION] ROBLOX to Webserver Connection Issue #2

Hi! I was wondering, how would you connect a ROBLOX place to the webserver, containing the PHP change-rank script? You would pass over, all the information(groupID, newRoleSetID, targetUserID) from your ROBLOX place, over to the webserver script, then using those 3 parameters, it would execute the change-rank. I'm not that much of a PHP scripter, so I don't know much about it.
