line charts: overlapping(duplicate) axis display when hiding all series and then showing them back.

When using "visible: false" to hide all the series the y axis keeps the last 
values visibles and when we show back a series (with a different scale) the old 
axis labels are not hidden before displaying the new one.

To reproduce:
Take 2 series with different scales.
Show both of them, 
hide the first, 
hide the second, 
show the first.
