grid not displayed properly #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Setting a value for features.grid.nx above 10 for instance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a grid which lines up with the labels along the x axis. 
Instead, it displays the grid lines arbitrarily slightly off the x axis labels 
in full width or the grid is only being drawn to a certain width with all the 
lines to close together.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ELYCHARTS v2.1.3
