Is this on longer a breaking change? (https://github.com/voidlabs/mosaico/issues/593) If not, that's great and should package.json.NOTES also be updated?

No, I didn't merge this PR. I simply removed the security alert.

Unfortunately no tinymce version above 4.5.12 works fine as they never fixed the introduced bugs.
