Not able to actually add a course

Current admin page looks ugly
I envisioned the user and course tables to be just on the same page with delete icon/link/button at the end of each column
Add button would be above or below the table or both?
I don't think the admin link is very visible where it is. To me it seems to blend into the timesheets section. It might be better in the header either before Home or between Home and Logout
