Change the side toolbar item for "Drafts" to "Open". #24

So right now, the way that we do the side bar, we have it display drafts. I'd like to add in disapproved timesheets so that button shows all draft and disapproved timesheets. I already have it so that when students go to /timesheets, it shows both, but there would be a little bit more work needed for professors to view their students open timesheets. This shouldn't take too much time and is absolutely needed for students, and probably a good idea for professors.

Done, if you go to the url "timesheets?status=Open", you see both drafts and disapproved timesheets.
