Eternal loading screen #654

I've been trying to play since yesterday, but when I click explore, it won't load last the loading screen with the rotating anger... I thought servers might be down, but it looks like other people don't have that issue.. thanks in advance!!

Can you start by double checking you are on the latest version: https://voidpet.com/o/version and see if it still happens on that.

It still does, but I now noticed that it only happens on mobile, not pc :0

Are you able to play with your pet on mobile or does that infinitely load too?

Could you try another browser on your phone to see if that's the problem

Playing with my pets on mobile does work! I only have the one browser (Chrome) on my phone though so I'm sticking to my laptop for now
