out of quests

I have two quests left to complete, both of which are impossible at this stage in the game such as catching a water envy which you can't do because you can't use the sus out option anymore. Because I can't complete these quests I can't get any new quests other than the ones every day from great friend, but those are always the same. Is there a way to like forfeit a quest or something so I can move on from those?
