Improve wording in homepage. #68

Hello @jtpio,

Navigating https://voila-gallery.org/services/gallery/, I spotted areas for improvement in the short description at the top of the page.

I considered going even further... because Voilà does not simply render Jupyter notebooks in a given way, it converts them, it turns them into standalone web apps.

I'm pondering every word as I'm re-reading the two existing Voilà blog posts and writing...

And Voilà runs the code cells, so it's more than rendering...

"Turning notebooks into standalone web apps" sounds good and is also used in other places (description of the GitHub repo). So we could use that for the gallery too.

@jtpio Ok, done! Another reason to edit the current description of the Voilà gallery is to avoid confusion with the "deprecated Jupyter Dashboards" (citing https://blog.jupyter.org/and-voil%C3%A0-f6a2c08a4a93).

Right. What voila enables is indeed a web application, and dashboards are a special case of such applications.
