This allows to change the output directory to voici and point URLs to /voici/tree and /voici/render/my_notebook.html

Playwright struggles to click on buttons today 😕 recorded videos look just fine

EDIT: It does indeed, as the latest voila will open new dashboard in tabs (what was originally intended). This was not working before, due to the missing "frontend" Jinja variable for the tree template.
