What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed VeohProxy (released yesterday) in usr/share/xbmc/scripts
2. Installed Ninja Video in /home/user/.xbmc/plugins/videos
3. Started XBMC, run VeohProxy.pl, go to Videos, add ninja root source, and
open a tv show

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open AVI file, and play show. Instead XBMC crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The two lines have errors:
20:33:06 T:3072382784 M:1242095616 ERROR: Unable to load:
/home/me/.xbmc/plugins/video/Ninja Video/resources/settings.xml, Line 0

/home/me/.xbmc/plugins/video/Ninja

ls -a /home/me/.xbmc/plugins/video/Ninja\ Video/ results as:
default.py default.tbn
just two files, no xml files.

sorry for the defect, just need a little assistance.

The settings & string xmls are for optional plugin settings, not needed for
ninja.
Xbmc just hunts for them anyway.

Ninja plugin was never designed for linux only for xbmc on xbox.

Veoh proxy has to be run from the scripts folder of xbmc(xbox)crashes every
other
version, or on its own via your o/s.
Then run xbmc & plugin.

Generally a failed to open indicates veohproxy isn`t running.

Thanks for the feedback. I have executed the single VeohProxy pl within XBMC
via the
UI (the -3- three files being placed in /usr/share/xbmc/scripts/ folder); and
have
executed VeohProxy manually. If I visit NinjaVideo's website, I can download
the
videos just fine under with the 127.0.0.1 URL etc. However, under XBMC, the
application crashes hard whenever I look at a directory (say... TV Shows,
American
Choppers, Season 6 for example)... sometimes it crashes before I can click on
the
actual file link, and sometimes before. I have tried searching the Linux Forums
too... so sorry to bring this up to your attention. Great work though!! Highly
rated on several pages.

Is there more to the log file that I can provide? That was the two last errors
I saw
other than a UI DEINT message.

Thanks again Voinage for the quick response.

Could it be that all the plugins seem to be written for a Windows-ish file
system,
referring to disks like Q: or F: while on linux/mac there is no such thing as
drive
letters? Or is this handled somewhere else?
