./configure does not check for libxml2 or librrd #9

After commit 8cb99a5f0e7361edeeb47bf228f548bdab353fcb my Jenkins build failed due to libxml2 and librrd being missing. Obviously that's expected when my system didn't have those libraries, but I believe the configure script is supposed to check for missing libraries and the README files should probably be updated to mention those now being required as well.
