adding an adjustable log level to (optionally) reduce log noise #43

This PR adds the ability to specify the log level in config.json. I am not a node developer and have no idea if this could be accomplished in an easier way, but this works.

Thanks! I don't have time to test it, but if something breaks it should be relatively straightforward to roll the PR back.

The change just went live as 0.1.10 release on NPM.
