Request to add Ukrainian localization #43

@vojtapolasek Please add a full Ukrainian localization for the software that will be delivered in the future ISO. I haven t used Fedora-based distributions for a long time, but I remember that after installing the distribution on the hard disk, I had to install some packages, for example, the Ukrainian Help for Libreoffice. Many thanks for your attention to this issue.

Do you think you could test this out somehow? At the begining of the installation, you choose your language and keyboard layout. I would expect that Anaconda downloads appropriate localization packages during installation. You can try to build the english ISO and perform installation in VM.

Sorry, I worded it wrong. The idea is that we can install the distribution without connecting to the Internet. In the context of Ukraine, I can make the following arguments:

  1. In some regions of Ukraine, the Internet may not be very stable due to Russian aggression.
  2. Some users only have mobile internet. It is very convenient for us in Ukraine, as it is not necessary to conclude a contract with a mobile operator. In some tariff offers, traffic is limited.

In addition, an unexpected situation may arise when there is no Internet, but for some reason it is necessary to reinstall the distribution.
