Practical application: PXE boot binaries

I've been banging my head against a wall trying to get a multi-arch PXE environment set up with Ubiquiti hardware. Without hacks, only one boot file can be specified per subnet. I am surprised that the main bootloader projects have not taken a similar approach to building a platform-agnostic binary. I'll have to toy around with this, it's very interesting
