Print version? #33

Cat2Cat should have a --version flag that prints the version and exits. It would be good if the version also displayed in Get Info in Finder.

a) seems totally reasonable. not 100% sure how to make b) happen but it would be nice.

(b) should be doable via an embedded Info.plist—the mechanics of embedding Info.plist are what inspired the mechanics of embedding the templates.
