Improved resolution for data sent from plugin to sk-server. Before humidity was truncated to full percents (e.g. 40%, 41%). Now the resolution is two significant digits. Also the resolution of temperature and battery voltage is increased.

Dependencies need an update and a test with RPi + SK, but my gear is on a boat and away for the winter, so can't test it or release new version yet.
