nfc_initiator_init: Input / Output Error #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Device: ACR122u; Install acsccid pcsc drivers, pcscd, libnfc-1.7.1, 
mfoc-0.10.7
2. Pcsc_scan and libnfc recognize device and card.
3. Run 'mfoc -P 500 -O dump1.mfd'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a recovery of keys, instead. After guessing the default keys, 
I'm getting an error:
"Using sector 00 as an exploit sector
nfc_initiator_init: Input / Output Error"
The device shuts down after this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

mfoc 0.10.7 on Ubuntu 12.04LTS.

Hi guys, i'm new here.  Would someone please point me in the right direction as 
how to compile the latest mfcuk 0.3.8 r94??  
./configure didn't seem to work??
