• Description: design and implement NPU accelerator scheduling in Volcano including the vitrualized NPU resource scheduling, job controller enhancement for NPU distributed training, NPU topology scheduling and so on.

hello @william-wang I am interested to apply in this project for LFX term

here is my understanding The overall goal of this issue is to make Volcano capable of intelligently managing NPU resources, enhancing its support for machine learning workloads that require these accelerators. This involves a combination of system design, implementation, and potentially collaboration with the Volcano and Kubernetes communities to ensure seamless integration with the existing framework

I am extremely enthusiastic about the opportunity to learn and contribute to Volcano . I am confident that my skills and experience in Golang and Kubernetes make me a strong candidate to make meaningful contributions to this project.
