Feature Request: Natively support GPU and KunLun chip support in Volcano #744

What happened:

Currently Volcano don't support GPU sharing and KunLun chip support, we need to implement it for Baidu to use Volcano in production.

What you expected to happen:

Baidu need to natively support GPU sharing and KunLun chip support in Volcano for production usage.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
