Closing the DOAS FOV window during processing speeds things up #75

This is just a note to say it looks like closing the DOAS FOV alignment window during processing then speeds everything up - even though the window reopens immediately.

Processing can start to become sluggish later in a long time series, it is notably different to the start of days. I decied to close the DOAS window, but it automatically pops back up and starts plotting again. Even with this window reappearing, everything speeds up quite considerably, so it suggests that at least some of the speed issues are related to that window and how it plots (or how it holds data in the memory perhaps?). The fact that it can start up again and plot faster suggests that the number of data points in the scatter plots isn't the issue.

I should make it so that this plot doesn't re-open if it is closed by the user, so this should enable them to speed things up themselves by doing this. This won't actually solve whats causing this though (and it might be nice to know as it might relate to other places taht cause the GUI to slow down (e.g. emissions rate plot, DOAS time series plot)
