Versioning needs bugfixing. #1

Tried the install on a new pc and got the following error: ">=3.5 is not a python version" Im on the case

Sadly bigger than wrt. python versioned will not be supported for pipenv (by design): https://github.com/pypa/pipenv/issues/1050

Pipenv environment works now wrt. the instructions in the README. I added that python 3 in general is allowed. Have tested different versions.
