Ability to resize the dropdown in Commands toolbar #413

I work in Software support project and on a daily basis, there are some 
commands that need to be entered multiple times. 

eg: cd 
/opt/app/billing/arbor/bea/Weblogic/user_projects/domains/WorkPoint/servers/Work
PointServer/logs

When there are multiple such loooong paths, it is beneficial if Commands 
toolbar can be resized by user.
