Save SP Layouts and Sessions and restore #439

I've noticed that my sessions which are auto collapsible have to always be 
resized (seems default open size is around 500+pixels) and I adjust it nicely 
but this is lost on restart.
The same goes for having it collapsible or not, default is to have always open.
I always close the Layouts as I never really use it but it also appears on 
start and always in vertical split to the sessions tab.
I'd like to simply save whatever layout of the Session listings and it's state 
to disk.

Oh, this includes the folder states, collapsing a folder and closing, then 
opening would be good to restore with the folder being the same state.. an Icon 
for the folder too (other words, we need folders to have their own xml 
settings).
