Unable to move a session entry to folder located upwards #454

i have around 200 saved sessions in various folders. If you click a session in 
order to move it (drag)to different folder you can only drag it downwards 
(sessions start scrolling down..) but it does not scroll sessions when going up 
the selected session entry that you want to move. Therefore unable to assign it 
to a folder located visually at the upper session folders..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.05 on Windows Pro 8 & 8.1 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
