Confusing Up-arrow Results in Command Input Field #476

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send several different commands from command input
2. Press up-arrow on keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the order of command history to appear in the order it was entered 
(newest to oldest). Instead, it seems to start from somewhere like the 3rd item 
in the list, go up to the top, then start from the bottom going up. It also 
seems to skip commands that are the same as the previous one in the list 
(removes duplicates).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.0.4

Please provide any additional information below.
It should behave the same as Linux, Windows, and Cisco IOS CLI.
