Rename package? #13

Current package name is very long: kinase_focused_fragment_library.

Rename to kffl?

I'd rather have an intermediate solution:

We would rename it to kinase_focused_fragment{s,er} but then would try to agree on using kff as our recommended shorthand:

import kinase_focused_fragmenter as kff

What do you think?

The only reason I suggested the change was because library does not add any more information to the name (we are importing it, then it's a library), only noise. But going all the way back to kffl might be too confusing and non-informative? I don't know, just thinking out loud. When it comes to naming, last word should always be on the author's side!
