Sycnhronize KinaseFocusedFragmentLibrary with latest changes on the KinFragLib repository due to the merge of Custom-KinFragLib

Hi @kabu00002 thanks for checking the readme - it looks fine to me.

While going through the readme I saw that some files seem to be from the cookie-cutter template (e.g.: https://github.com/volkamerlab/KinaseFocusedFragmentLibrary/tree/master/devtools/travis-ci and https://github.com/volkamerlab/KinaseFocusedFragmentLibrary/tree/master/kinase_focused_fragment_library/data). Maybe you could go through the files and check if they are actually needed somewhere, otherwise, we could think about deleting them.
