Added new talktorials as collection for website.

Notable points that this PR has either accomplished or will accomplish.

[x] Display talktorials as collection on website
[x] Fixed small layout inconsistencies in notebooks
[ ] Add missing thumbnail for T038
[ ] Maybe we can also change the thumbnails for the talktorials into nicer ones?

I created an issue for the T038 thumbnail here #381. The rest of the changes can be merged now.
